Njivice is a popular vacation resort on the island of Krk. The villa is located near the sea but still not far from the center of the town. The interior is cozy and appealing. From the spacious terraces there is a breathtaking view of the sea. The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, where a pool dominates the courtyard. Once a small fishing village, Njivice is now a tourist place that offers peace, relaxation and recreation not only in summer, but also in spring and early autumn. In the village and in the surrounding area there are marked hiking, biking and horse riding trails, as well as a diving center. There is also a dog beach in the place.

    “Das Haus war top gepflegt und in einem super Zustand. Für einen Urlaub, in dem der Vierbeiner mitkommen kann einfach klasse, weil das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief auch absolut reibungslos und die Verwalterin war super nett und jederzeit per E-Mail erreichbar. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten unserer Meinung nach verändert/verbessert werden, aber das ist eben unsere persönliche Meinung. Dazu gehört; zu wenig Besteck bzw gerade ausreichend. unbequeme Matratzen in den Betten, zu wenig gemütliche Sonnenliegen. Der Pkw-Stellplatz ist aufgrund der geschlossenen Garage sehr klein. Zwei kleine Flitzer passen zwar hin, aber für größere ist er zu eng. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.”
