    “Sauberkeit war bei der Anreise nicht zufriedenstellend, auf der Terasse lag auf dem Tisch eine verschmutzte Matratze während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes, obwohl wir es sofort gemeldet hatten, was nicht sehr schön anzusehen war. In beiden Duschen war in den Ecken Schimmel. Geschirr war teilweise verschmutzt, Fenster waren schmutzig. Tiefkühlschrank war total vereist und wurde von uns gereinigt. Laut Ausstattung war ein Kinderbett vorhanden,dieses konnten wir nicht nutzen da es sehr unsauber war und so musten wir uns noch schnell ein Bett bei Novasol ausleihen.

    Bei der Kaffeemaschine war keine Kanne vorhanden, wir haben das bei der Anreise gleich gemeldet und wir bekamen dann bei Novasol eine Kaffeemaschine im Karton, als wir diese auspackten sahen wir das diese total vergammelt war, leider muste mein Mann dann wieder zu Novasol, danach bekamen wir eine neue Maschine. Leider trübten diese negativen ersten Eindrücke unseren Ferienbeginn. Im Laufe des Aufenthaltes, bemerkten wird das einige Glühbirnen defekt waren usw. Von den vielen Häusern die wir in Dänemark u.a. Blavand gemieten haben, war dass das unsauberste Haus. Schade!! Es gab auch etwas positves, der Garten war schön und die Bett bequem.
