Villa in Sicily by the sea with heated pool

The villa for exclusive use. It is located near a renowned lido in Alcamo Maria, Lido Greg. Alcamo - in turn - borders Castellammare del Golfo to the west and Balestrate to the east. Thus, although the villa is located in a very quiet place, as this area is composed only of small villas (not condominiums) there is the possibility of nightlife/movement within a few kilometres. Bordered to the east and north by a grove, to the west by a small road and to the south by a plot of land not yet built on. The grove to the north is the natural extension of the dense woodland between Alcamo and Balestrate, but it is only a few metres wide, in turn bordering a car park and the beach. The latter (about 100 metres away) is accessed via a private lane. The villa offers a swimming pool despite being only a few metres from the sea, which can also be used in winter, as it is heated and has a low cover under which you can swim. Ask, however, for periods when the pool is heated. Guests - upon request and payment - may also use the whirlpool bath.

This is a villa with a swimming pool and a large lawn. The ground floor, approx. 125 sqm, is divided into living and sleeping areas. In the living area (facing the sea) there is the living room with a fireplace, flat screen TV, comfortable corner sofa and modern designed glass table for 8 (comfortable) guests. The kitchen is separated from the living room only by a low wall, so it is possible to cook while enjoying the panorama of the large front windows with sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. Adjacent is a laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and washbasin unit. Finally, an adjoining bathroom with bidet. In the sleeping area, on the other hand, there is a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning with the possibility of adding a cot. Next door is a bathroom with shower and bidet. There is also a small bedroom with a bunk bed as well as a pull-out single bed (which can be used as a double bed when placed next to the other bed). The air conditioning in the bedroom manages to cool this entire sleeping area because the air conditioner is located in the direction of the corridor, pushing the cold air there as well. Since it is an inverter, it is able to heat the area in winter. Possibility of adding a double bed, single bed and/or cot. So you can choose 3 different combination options: option 1) minimum 4 pax - maximum 5 guests; one double bed + bunk bed and drawer bed or any extra single bed. option 2) minimum 5 pax - maximum 7 guests (plus any infants) two double beds + bunk bed and drawer bed or any extra single bed. option 3) minimum 6 pax - maximum 7 guests (plus any infants) 3 double beds and any extra single bed. All modern design furniture. For your own safety, some areas of the outside of the villa are equipped with a CCTV surveillance system, visible from inside the TV screen. It is very comfortable and a green spot surrounded by the endless sea, which is why we call it our Villa Perla del Mare.

Outside there is a private swimming pool (5m*10m - approx. 1.40m deep) and a large lawn, covered in the colder periods, but still usable with this cover under which you can swim. There is also a Jacuzzi on the property, which is available to guests on request only. Two terraces with a breathtaking view of our sea, which is only 100 metres away. It is like your own little village. On the terraces you can enjoy our best Italian cuisine and comfortably drink Sicilian wine (Alcamo is well known for its 'Bianco d'Alcamo DOP' wine). The terrace (on the side bordering the grove) is equipped with a white aluminium table, comfortable and pleasant outdoor furniture, sun loungers as well as several pool chairs. The property is fenced off.

In addition to the two cots that can be added, the owner provides other accessories for small children, such as a pram, high chair, etc. Other equipment is possible on request. Children are welcome and will have the holiday they will never forget. The maximum permitted length of stay is three weeks.

On foot (very close, because it is the last house at the end of the road) you can reach the sandy beach, on whose shore - many kilometres long - you can take your walks. On the pool side of the villa there is also a small forest and you can breathe iodine air mixed with eucalyptus scent. Depending on your mood, you can find what you want. The car is recommended if you want to get around and also visit places related to art, history, nature reserves or have a picnic on our Mount Bonifato (about 7 km away) before returning 'home' and taking a swim in the sea. And what if you decide to take another night swim in the pool?! The pool will be cleaned daily (early in the morning so that when you wake up you will find it already clean) even at its bottom and the garden is maintained daily. Next convenient supermarket is almost 4 km away. Other small grocery shops are almost 1 km away. The nearest evening restaurants are 1.5 - 2 km away. If you wish, there are many possibilities to enjoy the marine life in the vicinity. Boats can be rented, even short day cruises and anything else you desire. Just ask and we are there to give you the right advice and help you. So you only have to choose! Nearby tourist spots with natural, historical and cultural attractions.
