Südbalkon abgewandt von der Straßenseite. Wohnzimmer (SAT-TV, DVD, CD) mit Küchenzeile (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Dolce Gusto, Herd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank). Schlafzimmer mit Verdunkelungsrollo. Überall Mückenschutzgitter. PKW-Stellplatz, Fahrradgarage, Münzwaschautomat, Trockner.

Auf dem Balkon können Sie relaxen, Kaffee trinken oder einfach ein gutes Buch lesen. Genießen Sie gemütliche Abende vor dem TV mit eigenem DVD - Player. Die gut ausgestattete Küche besitzt unter anderem einen Kühlschrank, einen Herd zum Kochen und sogar eine Spülmaschine. Gerne stellen wir Ihnen ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung.
