This economical cottage is located in Englancourt, in the beautiful Northern France region. Ideal for families or groups, it can accommodate 8 guests and has 3 bedrooms. This cottage has a private furnished garden to lie down and unwind after an exhausting day.
The cottage is 300 m from the forest for you to explore the nature at its best. For a pleasant walk, the lake lies at 1 km. The local grocery store is 8 km away whereas the restaurant is 7 km from the stay.
You have the access to the private terrace where you can enjoy a sizzling platter of barbecue. This cottage offers childrens bed, high chair, trampoline, sand pit and play equipment to the little ones. Modern amenities like storage, electric heating, and tumble dryer are provided to the guests to enjoy and stay comfortably. You can bring 1 pet to stay with you on the property. Parking is provided in the premises.
Guests can check-in between 4 PM to 6 PM and check out is from 9-10 AM.

Enjoy walks around the house and take the various roads that run along the castle and back into the hills even in remote villages. You would be unlikely to meet a soul! The fortified church of Englancourt, one of the finest of its category, is only a few hundred meters.

1/ The staircase leading to rooms on the floor is a little precipitous despite his banister. So, avoid to install on the floor very elderly persons.
Of course, there is a barrier for children.Small ones should be accompanied in the stair.
2/ There are 7 places on real beds.
There are also two other places are on the sofa in the living room.

The is a public phone box to a few hundred meters downwards Marly-Gomont, in the turn: but it is often out of service. Phone cards are sold in all tobaccos (including Marly-Gomont).
WARNING : Mobiles receive only on the hill (take the road to La Capelle until the calvary or near the Englancourt church).
2/ WIFI
It's possible to access to the WIFI of the SFR box of the house opposite. To do this, place yourself on the sofa in the living room or near the windows. The network is xxxx-1270. Its password is indicated on the refrigerator.
3/ Children:
Bring a pool in SUMMER!
3/ Dining table
As shown on the lounge picture, dining table is limited to 6/8 people.
The kitchen is small.
4/ Audio and TV
* Don't forget to bring your CDs and DVDs.
* TV: Reception of **French** channels via the France Telecom satellit, and **german and some English ones** via the ASTRA satellit.

This house can be reserved at the same time as the close house "La Rabouillère". The combination of the 2 houses offers 17 beds and then, the court, the 2 gardens and the terraces form an exceptional framework for a garden-party. A large tent being able to shelter from 20 to 40 people with table can also be lent free with the help of expenses of assembly/disassembling (to contact the owner beforehand).
