Detached, ground-floor bungalow for 5 people, own approx. 350 square metre plot, fenced, new bathroom (05/2021)
-2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, 1 bedroom with 2 x single bed 0.90 x 2.00 m + 1x bunk bed 0.90 x 2.00 m (accessible via ladder)

-Carport and additional parking space at the house
-fully equipped fitted kitchen. There is also a separate, lockable storage room.

The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dyke, the ferry dock (including passenger / bicycle ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a 50,000 square metre inland lake belonging to the holiday village (with an approx. 500 square metre sandy lawn directly on the inland lake, swimming pontoon and jetties).
The Eckwarderhörne lido with its beach hall, lighthouse, ferry landing stage and starting point for guided mudflat walks is about 800 metres away.
In the idyllic holiday village, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, there is the "To'n Spieker" dyke inn, bicycle hire, children's playground and a 1,000 square metre play area with beach volleyball court, badminton court, basketball hoop, outdoor table tennis table, sandpit and swings.

Exempt are: Severely disabled persons (and 1 accompanying person) with 80% degree of disability as well as the 3rd and each additional child of a family, provided that the guest contribution is paid for the 1st and 2nd child.

    “Sehr schönes Haus mit eingezäuntem Grundstück. Optimal für Urlaub mit Hunden. Sehr pflegeleichter Fußboden, vorhanden war ein Staubsauger. Sehr bequeme Sitzmöbel, die Betten waren super bequem, neues Bad, W-LAN vorhanden, einfach toll. Sehr ruhige Lage und ganz nah am Wasser. Das einzig Negative war, dass das Geschirr vom Vormieter nicht sauber war, die Kaffeemaschine mit Filter noch dreckig, der Kosmetikeimer im Bad nicht geleert und sehr viele Wollmäuse unter den Schränken und Sesseln lagen. Das mussten wir erstmal alles säubern, dann ging der Urlaub endlich los.”

    “Das Haus war sauber als wir ankammen. Die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung wobei das Sofa evtl. mal ausgetauscht werden könnte da es doch schon sehr durchgesessen ist. Ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.”

    “Positiv: Sehr gemütlich und der Beschreibung im Katalog entsprechend.

    Auch hier möchte ich noch einmal die sehr, sehr gute und freundliche Verwaltung loben. Rückbuchnung vom Deponat ist schnellstens erledigt worden. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder. Negativ: Was man vielleicht machen könnte, sind die Vorhänge vor den Fenstern. Die sind sehr verbraucht. Dann ist in dem Doppeltbett das rechte Lattenrost defekt und es sind in diesem Bett 2 unterschiedliche Matratzen drinnen.”

    “Schönes Haus,ideale Lage am Rand der Anlage.
    nahe gelegen am Damm,schnell erreichbar.
    Gepflegte Anlage. Positiv: Betreuung durch Verwaltung sehr gut, schnell, flexibel,freundlich.Können sich andere eine Scheibe von abschneiden.Saubere Anlage Negativ: Das Haus hat stark nach Zigarettenqualm gerochen.Neue Matratzen wären mal fällig. Beste Reisezeit: Summer - Viele Aktivitäten entlang am Deich.
    Angebote für Kinder aber auch für Erwachsene Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, market - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 5Km entfernt. Empfehlung: Families, couples - Ideale Gegend für Fahrradfahrten am Deich oder durch die tolle Landschaft.
    Sehr zu Empfehlen ist der Fahrrad-Verleih TOSSI in Tossens. Ausflüge: Fischereihafen Federwardersiel - täglich frischer Krabbenfang.Sehr zu Empfehlen”
