It is about 800m. from the town centre where you can find all the offices, banks and supermarkets.For those who want large shopping centres just walk along the seafront and about 3km away is the Corolla Park and Lidl.A1km from the "FONTE DI VENERE" Spa Centre (with sulphurous baths, thermal pool, inhalations,...) connected to the Messeguè Wellness Centre.;The flat is ideal for a seaside holiday, but also for discovering the ancient beauties of our Sicily. - "Villa Romana"(800m) archaeological site, dating back to the 1st century B.C., characterised by a system of canalisations that allowed the aristocrats of the time to take advantage of the thermal waters, which inside still preserves a beautiful mosaic pavement.(1km) - The "Chiesetta della Madonna delle Grazie", erected on the ruins of a convent of Benedictine fathers.
