The house is located in a quiet and peaceful village, about 3 km from the sea and about 300m from the 18-hole golf course (Amber Baltic Golf Club). From the upper bedroom there is a view of the nearby Lake Kołczewskie (200-300m) where you can rent boats / kayaks / pedal boats. In the village there are 2 grocery stores, a cash machine, 2 smokehouses for sea fish, a bus stop and a post office. The village is well communicated with larger tourist destinations such as Międzyzdroje (about 15km), Międzywodzie (about 5km), Dziwnów (about 10km). The house is located on a gentle sunny hill with a beautiful, large terrace, garden furniture, perfect for sunbathing.
