Die neu eingerichtete 70 qm große Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für zwei bis drei Personen und befindet sich im ersten Stock im Haus des Vermieters. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Couchecke und offener Küche, ausgestattet mit Herd / Backofen, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett sowie TV ausgestattet. Das geräumiges Tageslichtbad hat Dusche und WC. Ein Terrasse auf dem Grundstück steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung (Gemeinschaftsnutzung, Grillmöglichkeit auf Anfrage). Ihren eigenen Pkw können Sie direkt am Haus unter einem Carport parken. 



Die beiden Ferienwohnungen, jeweils in der ersten Etage, befinden sich im Haus des Vermieters, nur 350 m vom feinen Ostseestrand des Seebades Heringsdorf entfernt. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in nur 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ihr Auto können Sie jeweils auf dem Hof unter einem Carport parken. Als alternative Verkehrsmöglichkeit zu Ihrem PKW können Sie den Zug- und Busbahnhof Heringsdorf in 5 Minuten erreichen. 



Das Objekt ist 350 m vom feinen Otseestrand des Seebades Heringsdorf entfernt.
