With more than 100 square meters of living space, you will find a cozy warmth even on cold days thanks to the bio-fireplace, and due to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the apartment is flooded with light and is particularly livable. Up to 8 people will always find a cozy place for themselves here. From the balcony you can enjoy together with friends or family the view far over the landscape and the water. You can park your car comfortably on your own, inclusive parking space.

The Marissa Holiday Park is located on a large area directly on the second largest lake in Lower Saxony, the Dümmer.
