Apasrtment San Bernardo in Udine

The holiday flat is located in the extreme north-eastern part of the municipality of Udine in the countryside - yet it is only 3 km from the Udine Nord motorway exit and only 7 km from Udine city centre. The flat is located on the 1st floor of a small, former monastery from the 14th century, which was restored by the (South Tyrolean) owner family with much love and respect for the architectural history of Friuli. The building is surrounded by over 2 hectares of land, of which 3000 m² are garden and meadow within the old crenellated wall and may be used with pool, sunbathing lawn, parasols, etc. The holiday flat is 42 m² in size. There are 2 dogs (king poodles) on the property, outside the garden there are horses, geese and cats and the neighbour also has peacocks, geese, ducks, chickens and a pony. So if you want to get away from the smog, action and traffic noise of the city and enjoy clean air in a natural environment, and decide for yourself when and if you want to have an aperitif in the lively and beautiful Piazza San Giacomo in the centre of Udine, you will feel at home here. the flat is located within the "Residence San Bernardo" building, which houses a further 2 holiday flats
