Low budget apartment "Opal" in the basement, size approx. 50 m². 2-room apartment with a shaft window without a view. 1 living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, dishwasher, dining area and much more) and 1 double bed (also possible as 2 separate single beds), sleeping alcove with 1 single bed separated by a sliding door. Separate toilet. There is another double room outside the apartment. The bathroom is also outside the apartment, in tje other double room and is equipped with a shower/toilet.
