Das schmucke, denkmalgeschützte Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Museen, Einkäufe liegen direkt vor der Haustüre. Der Bahnhof ist in 2 Minuten zu fuss zu erreichen und dort befinden sich auch Gratisparkplätze.Es empfiehlt sich für Wanderungen im Alpstein, aber auch Lillyweg und Märliweg im Ort und Holzweg und Laternliweg in der Nähe. Viele Berggasthäuser wie Hochhamm, Hundwilerhöhe, Hochalp Blattendürren, Osteregg ect. sind zu fuss erreichbar, sowie Brauchtumsmuseum, Kinderspielplatz, Pumptrak, Skilift, Loipe und viele schöne Rad- u. Mountenbike-Routen. Es empfehlen sich auch Städtetrippe nach Appenzell und St.Gallen und ein Schlechtwetterausglug in die Bäderwelt vom Säntispark.Auch der nahe Alpstein Säntis, Aescher, Meglisalp, Rotsteinpass, Seealpsee ist immer ein Ausflug wert.Ich freue mich sehr, Sie auh in meinem Weinrestaurant im Parterre begrüssen zu dürfen. Es ist jetweils donnerstags-, freitags- und samstagabends offen.
