Holiday home in Linum with garden, terrace and barbecue
In the centre of the Linum stork/crane reserve, you live in a secluded location (no through road) at the highest point of the village. Surrounded by small alleyways, there are several stork nests that characterise the entire village. Restaurants, farm shops, cideries and fishmongers make up the typical village centre. The A24 motorway with the "Linumer Bruch" junction of the same name is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 3 km). You drive through meadows and hills to the small village idyll with approx. 1000 inhabitants. The holiday home was completed at the end of 2021 and impresses with 6 rooms, each with 2 sleeping places (2x normal sofa bed. Bed linen incl. bedding (1x pillow 80x80 cm and 1 duvet 2m x 1.35m) for an extra charge. New modern house with 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 living/dining area. The layout of the beds is shown in the photos. The bedding with bed linen can be booked optionally for 13 EUR per person and must be communicated to the landlord at the latest on arrival. Shed with bicycle parking, terrace for barbecuing & relaxing, in the quiet residential area you can walk comfortably within 5 minutes to the fish ponds or into the village centre to restaurants, cidery or the farm shops
Narrow access roads (vehicles over 7.5 tonnes not possible). The 2 parking spaces in the carport require parking in different directions. The car on the right should park forwards. The left-hand vehicle is best parked backwards. This allows better utilisation of the passage to the shed. The vehicle height should not exceed 2.2 m (pay attention to roof racks, aerials, etc.).
The entire village and its surroundings are characterised by storks and cranes. You will find the nature conservation organisation in the village with lots of information about everything nature has to offer. In the towns of Kremmen and Fehrbellin (both 9 km away) you will find all shopping facilities.
