air conditioning, central heating. The air conditioning is equipped with wall mounted climate panels. Centrally controlled. It ensures an optimal temperature, the temperature in the apartments cannot be set below about 24 degrees. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via satellite. TV broadcasts are provided by UPC. So there are many TV channels, but not all. There are also foreign channels, but unfortunately not in all foreign languages. That is why the TV is a smart TV.
