If this is occupied, check out Possibility 8 or 9.The houseboat is modern and comfortably furnished.With a length of 14 meters and 5 meters width, we offer you pure relaxation on a total of 70 square meters!The houseboat has a spacious living/dining area with an integrated, well-equipped kitchenette, direct access to the terrace and to the two bedrooms with comfortable double beds.The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin.On cold days, our webasto heater provides cozy warmth.Flat screen, radio and CD player in the living area provide entertainment. The spacious seating area invites you to linger. Thanks to the triple glazing of the 45sqm apartment, the houseboat can be used all year round. There is a parking lot nearby.
