The non-smoking holiday home, modernised in 2016, stands separately on the owner's 4000 sqm residential property in a quiet location. The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 1 km away. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, dining area, flat screen TV, radio), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each), a kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances, dining counter) as well as shower/WC and central heating. At your disposal are: W-LAN, a covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture as well as 1 car parking space at the house. The total price includes bed linen, water, energy and final cleaning. Please bring your own towels.
Karlshagen is a Baltic seaside resort in the northern part of the island of Usedom. There are restaurants, shops, a marina with boat trips and cycle paths in the town. Riding centre, tennis and bowling alley approx. 2.5 km. The village has a beautiful sandy beach.
