Villa La Vinyeta offers you excellent accommodation for an all-round relaxing holiday in Mallorca. It is situated in a secluded location halfway between Port de Pollença and Pollença itself, and although there are other villas in the neighbourhood, at La Vinyeta you will find yourself in a completely private and undisturbed property. Guests are greeted by a picturesque property that exudes a unique and enchanting aura. The lovingly landscaped garden offers cosy, aesthetically furnished spots both in the shade and in the sun. There is a beautiful terrace in front of the house, which is particularly impressive. Here you can sit back on relaxed sofas or at the long dining table and enjoy your leisure time in a colourful atmosphere. Cheerfully arranged animal pictures, curtains and colourful cushions contribute to a very tasteful, living room-like flair. Right next to the pool is another covered area, under which a fantastic outdoor bed awaits you. Here you can sit among the vines, gaze at the sky and indulge in relaxing daydreams. If you like the sound of it, you can also relax in the hammock right next to it. The pool is secured by a fence and is ideal for families with small children. The pool is between 1.20 and 1.70 metres deep, is slightly above the ground and is easily accessible via a staircase in its corner. We can heat the pool in the slightly cooler low season for an extra charge. With a total of eight comfortable loungers, there is plenty of space for all the sun-seekers among you to relax to your heart's content under the Mediterranean sky. There is a parking space for your hire car on the property. Next to the villa you will find horses, which also belong to the owner of this property. This area is separate from the house.

On the ground floor, the house has an open-plan kitchen (completely renovated in 2014), a living room, two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the other with two single beds and another bathroom. Two further double bedrooms, also with a double bed in one and two single beds in the other, and a third bathroom are located on the first floor. On this floor there is also a wonderful sun terrace with unrivalled views as far as the Tramuntana mountains. The interior of the house is characterised by light colours, Nordic accents here and there and a thoroughly individual style that gives the property its very own charm. Natural stone elements and impressive décor further emphasise the unique character of this holiday home. The modern kitchen is equipped to a high standard and has everything you need for your daily needs, including a kettle and an espresso and filter coffee machine. The living room exudes an inviting warmth and has cosy seating and a flat-screen satellite TV. If required, you can rely on the wood-burning stove in this room to enchant you with cosy warmth on cooler evenings. The chic, renovated bedrooms lay the foundation for a restful night's sleep.
The attractive bathrooms with natural light offer plenty of space for the entire travelling party. The villa is equipped with central heating (optional and available for a fee) and air conditioning so that you can enjoy your holiday to the full at any time of year. Mosquito nets are also available, as are irons and hairdryers, which guests are free to use.

Pollença is only 5 minutes away by car, while the supermarket is only two minutes away by car. The villa is located close to the road that connects Pollença and Port de Pollença. This ensures that the villa is ideally connected and a variety of beaches can be reached quickly. The golden sandy beaches of Cala St. Vicente and Port de Pollença are only about 10 minutes away by car. The absolutely adorable Villa La Vinyeta is located on a picturesque estate in the northern part of the island, just under 3 km from Pollença. You can also reach the centre of the lively Port de Pollença in just a few minutes by car. With its beautiful beach promenade, which invites you to stroll along a wooden walkway, this small coastal town is irresistible. The sandy beaches can be reached from the villa in no time at all.
