Situated on the northern foothills of the Tramuntana mountains, just outside Pollença, Villa Ternelles combines aesthetic, modern design with the tranquil unspoilt nature of the surrounding countryside and the authenticity of the nearby town, which has preserved its Mallorcan roots like no other on the island. On arrival from the airport, a large gravel car park offers ample space for hire cars. Directly behind the car park is a spacious lawn that invites you to play and run around. Just a few steps away, a pool invites you to take a leisurely dip in the cool water and offers cooling refreshment. With a length of 10 metres, it is also suitable for more ambitious swimmers. Those who simply want to relax will find a shady spot with covered chill-out furniture right next to it. Sun worshippers have several comfortable loungers at their disposal, which are ideal for sunbathing. To avoid sunburn, there are also two parasols to provide shade. The fantastic outdoor area right next to the house also offers a covered terrace with a lovely dining area and a mobile barbecue. Here, every meal at the villa will be a real pleasure.

The interior of the modern villa impresses with its trendy and minimalist style. The white walls and ceilings as well as the light-coloured floor tiles form a stylish contrast to the dark window frames and the lovingly selected furnishings. The villa is divided into two parts, which are connected by the entrance area and let in plenty of Mallorcan sun thanks to the large window fronts. The single-storey area facing the pool houses the spacious living and dining area with a stylish sofa set, a flat-screen TV and a dining area. Subtle colours and chic design also characterise this room. Just around the corner you will find the bright kitchen, which will delight you with its high-quality appliances, fantastic views of the surrounding area and direct access to the pool terrace. The rear building has two floors and houses the bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find a fantastic bathroom and two beautiful bedrooms, each with two single beds and spacious wardrobes. Upstairs, the absolutely cool master bedroom towers over everything. A cosy double bed in the middle is framed by a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with an almost free-standing bathtub, separated only by a glass front.
The villa is situated in a quiet location in the countryside near Pollença. You can easily get around thanks to the MA-10 panoramic road along the west coast and through the Tramuntana mountains, as well as the MA-13 motorway, which takes you to Palma and the airport. The highlights of Pollença, such as the famous Calvary, the old Roman bridge, museums and galleries, are all within walking distance. The culinary offerings of the region are also worth a try and offer a variety of dishes in addition to traditional Mallorcan cuisine. For hiking enthusiasts, the nearby GR 221 hiking trail (dry stone wall route) is just one of many options in the north of the island. Cycling enthusiasts can try to master the bends on the road to Cap Formentor. Last but not least, the sea with its fantastic beaches and coves is only 15 minutes away by car.
