An enchanting flair surrounds the grounds on which the Ca Na Catalina farmhouse was built. There are beautiful footpaths in the immediate vicinity of the residence. Exploring the varied garden grounds is at least as attractive: There is a large lawn as well as lush Mediterranean vegetation in the form of trees, shrubs and flowers. Open and covered terrace areas with various seating areas round off the outdoor offerings. The pool with outdoor shower provides pleasant refreshment on warm days and you can relax on the loungers. A brick-built charcoal barbecue is available for barbecue evenings.
Lots of wood and light-coloured walls paired with cosy furniture create a very friendly atmosphere in the spacious house. There are two semi-open, interconnected living and dining areas so that you can retreat comfortably. In cooler times, a fireplace provides even more cosiness. The floor-to-ceiling wooden windows lend the rooms a pleasant spaciousness and of course provide a beautiful view. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self-catering. The three bedrooms are pleasant oases of peace during your holiday in Mallorca. Two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, round off the features of this farmhouse. This Mallorca farmhouse offers fantastic views of the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains in the north of the island. In Pollença, just 3 km away, you can run your daily errands, while the marina and the promenade in Port de Pollença (8 km) provide maritime flair. Beaches such as Cala Clara or the town beach of Port de Pollença are just 7 or 8 km away.
