This pleasant townhouse in Mallorca offers an ideal location, situated in a village and therefore perfectly located in terms of infrastructure. At the same time, it offers a completely private retreat with typical Mallorcan flair and all the comfort you need for a pleasant holiday. Depending on your individual needs, you can, for example, spread out on various terraces to soak up the sun or linger in the shade. The partially flanking rustic wall and the bamboo privacy screen lend the outdoor area a pleasant cosiness. On warm days, the child-safe pool with its crystal-clear, cool water is a tempting option. There is also an outdoor pool. The different levels offer the right depth of water for young and old. If you wish, you can relax on one of the sun loungers directly under the Mediterranean sky. The covered terrace right next to the house is a lovely place to enjoy meals together and is conveniently located right in front of the kitchen. The roof terrace offers shade and sun, depending on the position of the sun. From here you have a wonderful view over the roofs of the neighbouring houses as far as the Tramuntana mountains.

The interior is cosy. The furnishings are predominantly classic, skilfully combined with modern elements or original individual pieces that create an individual charm. From the entrance side, there is a small hallway, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The cosy living room has rustic stone walls, comfortable sofas and a lovely Bollero stove for chilly evenings. The brick-white shelving wall adds a stylish accent here. The dining room has an open-plan design. The kitchen is not only fully equipped, but also has another dining table that you can use for a snack or coffee in between. Practical: There is a room with a washing machine right next door. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a small walk-in wardrobe and another double bedroom, both of which share a bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has its own bathroom and access to the roof terrace, which is also accessible from the inner courtyard.
