As soon as you arrive, you are greeted by the special character and location of Villa Golf Marina in the middle of a huge garden area with modern design and wonderful taste in abundance. The outdoor area is truly incredible! The large sun terrace extends from the back of the house and the large pool with integrated jacuzzi is just a few steps away. It's the perfect place for a nice long swim. A highlight of the property is certainly the large open-plan outdoor kitchen, which is ideal for organising real barbecues. Including several worktops, a sink and a fantastically large barbecue in keeping with the rustic design, this will make the heart of any barbecue lover beat faster. You can dine either right next to the barbecue or in style on the terrace of the main building, which has a tastefully designed dining area in the shade. To top it all off, the garden also has something exciting for the little ones: a magical pond full of fish and frogs that is sure to amaze them.

In the small town of Alcúdia, just over a quarter of an hour away by car, there are numerous restaurants and shopping facilities as well as a highlight that is particularly popular with children, a large water park where fun is guaranteed for both the little ones and the grown-ups. If you prefer the beach, it is only a few minutes away by car. Scattered along the coastal road, less than 4 kilometres away, are small beaches and bays perfect for a day by the sea.

The nearest sandy beaches, such as Alcúdia or Es Barcares, which are perfect for a swimming trip, are also only around 9 km away.
