In addition, there is a well-tended garden and high-quality furnishings, not to mention the fantastic view that will captivate every visitor. The villa, wonderfully named La Rovina, is located in a picturesque setting surrounded by Mediterranean shrubs, palm trees and wooded hills - this is truly Mallorca. The pool with tiered decking and a pretty natural terrace promises plenty of swimming fun and a relaxing time on holiday. There are also sun loungers and a chic pergola that provides pleasant shade. The children's swing is located close to the pool, so you can keep an eye on the little ones even from your lounger. There is also a playhouse and a sandpit for the children. Behind the house you will find a covered terrace with a rustic wooden table and stylish chairs. From here you can enjoy a marvellous view of the lush green garden, which has been lovingly designed down to the smallest detail. A wonderful place to round off a balmy summer evening. A bottle of Spanish red wine with a few olives and the scent of lavender will fill your nose. You can enjoy absolute privacy on the property - no wonder, as the plot itself is 40,000 m² in size. A normal, partially asphalted country lane leads directly to the house, where there is parking for up to eight cars and two garage spaces.

The good news is that the interior design of La Rovina matches the charm of its exterior. There are modern, high-quality furnishings throughout, but not at the expense of cosiness; it's very cosy here. Large rooms, bright windows, chic décor and sophisticated accessories show the villa at its best. The spacious veranda leads directly into the living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV and leather furniture. Warm colours harmonise seamlessly with carefully selected wooden accents, while open balconies and stone floors emphasise the natural beauty and atmosphere. Directly next door you will find the excellent dining room with fireplace and open passage to the kitchen. Here, every evening spent cooking together becomes a wonderful occasion. The two-storey villa has a total of three bedrooms (two with single beds, one with a double bed) and four very modern bathrooms. A little extra is the mosquito nets, which not only prevent annoying bites, but also provide additional comfort.

La Rovina is located right on the edge of the Tramuntana mountains, around 2.5 kilometres west of Pollença, in the north of Mallorca. The location of the rustic-style modern villa could hardly be more picturesque - the views are simply breathtaking. Shopping can be easily done on foot and the beautiful beach of Platja de Port de Pollença is just over 7 km away. The popular holiday resort of Alcúdia is also no more than half an hour away.
