Villa Can Roig Gran not only offers ideal conditions for active people: In the spacious outdoor area, you can relax comfortably on the terrace by the pool, which can be easily locked. This means that young families can also enjoy a relaxing holiday. After a refreshing dip in the pool with a view of the beautiful green vegetation that surrounds the property, you can make yourself comfortable on one of the loungers to dry off and sunbathe. The slightly lower terrace, which can be covered by an awning, is adjoined by a brick barbecue where you can prepare island specialities in the evening. You may have played a match or two on the hotel's tennis court during the day, in which case your appetite will have grown. The same applies to your well-being when you make yourself comfortable after dinner on the sofa that awaits you in a cosy, covered corner of the garden. The natural stone wall behind you bears witness to the villa's agricultural history with its tools. The garden is a wonderful place to relax at any time of day with its well-tended lawn and the various trees and plants that provide plenty of variety.

This also applies to the interior of the rustically furnished villa: the living and dining room with two comfortable sofas is complemented by a stately fireplace and a slightly smaller room with two upholstered armchairs that invite you to socialise. Many decorative items and the ship paintings on the walls give you the certainty that you are on one of the most beautiful islands in Europe. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a microwave for quick meals. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, one of which is painted in a lush lavender colour. The other bedroom is painted a sky blue colour and has two single beds. If you fancy a sensual end to the day, you'll be delighted by the bathtub that awaits you in one of the two bathrooms.

The town of Pollença, 5.5 kilometres away and surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains, epitomises an absolutely authentic, down-to-earth mountain village. Numerous shops, cafés and art galleries await you in the picturesque alleyways. The villa is located approx. 25 km from the historic monastery of Lluc, where you can go on wonderful hikes. The road to Cap de Formentor, just 30 km away, offers spectacular views of the shimmering turquoise sea. On the way there, you will pass a beautiful sandy beach, which is ideal for beach days. Port de Pollença, 13 kilometres away, offers a wide range of water sports. For long walks along the beach, we recommend the 16 km long bay of Alcúdia. Here you can look forward to the same tranquillity that you enjoy in your paradisiacal villa property. Villa Can Roig Gran offers a living experience close to nature in a dreamlike location at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains: whether you want to enjoy this in the spacious garden itself or on an excursion to the extensive bay of Alcúdia is up to you. Pollença, just 5.5 kilometres away, has retained its tranquil charm. You can do your shopping in the narrow streets and then go on a diving expedition in Port de Pollença.
