Welcome to Morell Nou, a particularly beautiful and exemplary sustainable finca. A fantastic outdoor area with venerable trees (e.g. an olive tree over 1000 years old) is equipped with numerous seating options. You can enjoy nature in the shade of the old trees and relax in the hammock. Relax on comfortable sun loungers or on the Balinese bed. Breakfast on the covered terrace, a sundowner in the chill lounge or a barbecue prepared in the large outdoor kitchen - socialising is a top priority here. In a completely undisturbed, secluded location, you can enjoy the benefits of a very well-developed region. As an additional service, the friendly owners are happy to organise the transport of rental bikes to the finca. So nothing stands in the way of your active holiday exploring the bays of the north.

The interior of the renovated finca has also been designed with great attention to detail, creating an incredible charm with a high feel-good factor. Both families and groups of friends will appreciate this. Old is combined with new and the exposed brickwork goes particularly well with the country-style furniture with a vintage flair. You can enjoy the view of the garden from the spacious living room as well as from the fully equipped kitchen with cooking island in casual off-white and dining area. The numerous floor-to-ceiling windows connect you directly to the surrounding terrace landscape. The house with its barrier-free one-bedroom flat on the ground floor is also suitable for people with disabilities. In addition to a bedroom with a stylish en suite bathroom, there is an additional living room (the fireplace cannot be used here) and direct access to the garden. The other double bedrooms (one with an en suite bathroom and another bathroom with a walk-in shower) are located on the upper floor. What is particularly nice is that from each of these relaxation rooms you also have access to either the roof terrace with sweeping sea views or to a second smaller terrace. This means you can enjoy the most marvellous views this wonderful property has to offer all year round as soon as you get up in the morning, especially as the house has underfloor heating. Morell Nou is therefore a true classic in an innovative and beautiful guise. The traditional country house with a new look, Morell Nou, is situated in a marvellous secluded location close to the bay of Pollença and the village of the same name in the north of the island. In about 15 minutes by car you can reach not only the golf course of Pollença and the coastal nature park l'Albufereta, but also the attractive villages and beautiful beaches that characterise the bay of Pollença. The sweeping views of the sea and the majestic mountains alone clearly show the diversity of this region.
