This farmhouse in the north of Mallorca is a real gem and is waiting for up to eight holidaymakers who want to spend a lovely time in a peaceful atmosphere. The surroundings could hardly be more picturesque: The imposing Tramuntana mountains in the distance, a green plain with meadows, fields and many old trees all around the property - pure idyll! This continues harmoniously on the finca's own plot, which is decoratively enclosed by stone walls and hedges: Here, lawns and terraces alternate, Mediterranean plants successfully enliven the overall picture. Pleasantly close to the house, the pool, which can be easily reached via a Roman staircase, invites you to cool off, splash around and swim, and of course there is a practical outdoor shower. There are comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing and a covered terrace with lounge area and dining table overlooking the pool area, the garden and the mountain backdrop. On the opposite side of the house, another large terrace area offers the opportunity to sit under the open sky or use the wonderful facilities of the outdoor kitchen to prepare and enjoy your holiday delicacies outdoors.

The interior of Can Peric is characterised by a well-kept, invitingly bright country house ambience. Right next to the terrace is a cosy, partially brick-built living area with comfortable sofas, a TV and a cosy fireplace. A few steps lead to the traditionally laid floor with natural pebbles around the old, originally illuminated millstone, which is a witness to the history of the house and an extraordinary eye-catcher. You can dine inside at the adjoining dining table in the rustic ambience of the natural stone walls. Conveniently, the fully equipped kitchen is just around the corner. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom on this living level. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have light colours and lots of wood to create a very cosy atmosphere, the best prerequisite for spending pleasant nights in this peaceful area. This wonderful holiday home on Mallorca, which is located around 8 km west of the picturesque village of Pollenca, scores points not only with its beautiful, quiet location. You can do your daily shopping in the village. The inviting Platja de Port de Pollença beach is around 11 km away and the popular town of Alcúdia can be reached in just over 20 minutes by car.
