And the best part is that you don't even have to leave the property. The outdoor area is not just for children; everyone can enjoy unforgettable moments playing table tennis or football. If you work up a sweat, the large pool with its wonderful refreshment is just a few steps away. Here you can splash around to your heart's content before making yourself comfortable on one of the sun loungers. A long table on the covered terrace then provides space for everyone to enjoy delicacies straight from the barbecue. Thanks to the subtle lighting in the outdoor area, you can enjoy the mild island air until late in the evening.

When you want to move into the house, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the open fireplace, where you will feel cosy. From the comfort of your sofa or armchair, you can watch the satellite TV and the weather forecast during your stay in southern climes is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. The furniture, with its typical Mallorcan character, provides that little bit extra and ensures that you always have the feeling of being in one of the most beautiful places in the world. The dining table is ideal for enjoying haute cuisine and in the adjoining kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare it. There is also a table in the kitchen itself, so you have plenty of space to chop up the freshly bought market vegetables together. The four cosy bedrooms, three with a double bed and one with two single beds, all have air conditioning and share a bathroom, which also has a bathtub for a relaxing end to the day. As the villa also has a safe for your valuables, you don't have to worry about them during your daytime explorations.

Unspoilt and wildly romantic nature awaits you in the north. It is definitely worth packing a good pair of hiking boots. Swimwear is also recommended, as the sea is only 6 kilometres away. You will then find yourself in Port de Pollença, where an elegant marina offers a real sailing spectacle. In Cala Sant, also 6 km away, the water is particularly turquoise and snorkellers can explore the beautiful underwater world here. A road runs past Villa La Sort den Jaume, which is partially audible. This has the advantage that you can reach the Ma-2200 motorway in no time, which takes you to the sights in the north. Sports enthusiasts will find a challenge on the Pollença golf course, just 4 kilometres away.

Villa La Sort den Jaume offers marvellous views of the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains in the north of the island. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails nearby. In Port de Pollença, 6 km away, a marina and a promenade provide maritime flair. In Pollença, just 1.5 km away, the old town and its narrow streets are simply magical. Inca is around 20 minutes away by car, where you can shop till you drop.
