This plot is in an absolutely quiet location and is beautifully surrounded by lush, old groups of trees. You will find similar plots in the sparsely populated neighbouring area. However, they in no way compromise your privacy. The cosy property impresses all newcomers with an exceptionally beautiful and well-kept garden, spacious lawns, breezy spots with natural shade, a wonderful pool area and a small play area for children, so that even the little ones will enjoy their time here. Open, covered terraces offer a variety of options for an all-round fulfilling outdoor experience. Comfortable, high-quality seating furniture invites you to relax and breathe in the soothing natural surroundings. At the dining table near the pool, you can enjoy a wonderful dining experience together as a group, accompanied by a majestic view over the garden. The pool, which is between 0.8 and 2.2 metres deep, is an impressive length and is perfect for those who want to swim a few lengths. A wide staircase provides easy access to the pool. Eight pool loungers are available for you to relax under the Mediterranean sky and leave everyday life far behind. In the evening, you can round off an eventful day with a culinary BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere. Perhaps you would like to use fresh, regional ingredients that you can buy at one of the neighbouring markets. There is an automatic gate and a parking space for your car at the paved rear of the house. You can therefore park in front of the house and access the property through the ornate front garden.

The house itself consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a small entrance area and the guest WC, from there you continue into the living room and on the other side into the kitchen. The three bedrooms and their bathrooms are located on the upper floor. The interior atmosphere is characterised by cheerful colours, tasteful furniture and carefully selected decor. Light-coloured ceilings, walls and floors harmoniously frame the interior and ensure a high feel-good factor. Large sliding windows give you an unobstructed view of the large pool and garden from the living and dining area. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen has a dining area, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and washing machine. There is also a kettle and a filter coffee machine. The living room has two totally comfortable sofas and is pleasantly bright thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. Even on chilly evenings, the wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere, while a flat-screen TV with satellite connection provides entertainment. The three bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and balcony, offer plenty of comfort and invite you to relax and enjoy a wonderful night's sleep. The air conditioning in all bedrooms ensures pleasant temperatures all year round. The master bedroom has a bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres, the second bedroom has two beds measuring 1.35 x 2.00 metres and the third bedroom has two beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 metres. The three bathrooms (plus guest WC) ensure that there is enough space for everyone. As irons and hairdryers are available on site, you don't have to worry about bringing them from home. The house is also equipped with WLAN internet access, so you don't have to do without your usual connection to the outside world.

In addition to the points mentioned so far, Villa Can Llamas also scores with its location. On the one hand, it is idyllic, and on the other, the sea can be reached in no time at all. The sandy beaches around Port de Pollença are exceptional and have a shallow entry into the water, which makes this stretch of coastline a special attraction for families with children. If you want to spend some time away from your stunning villa one evening, Port de Pollença and its promenade offer a charming alternative.

Villa Can Llamas is located in the middle of a fragrant pine and oak grove in the north of the island, between the villages of Pollença (5 km) and Alcúdia (7 km). You can also reach the centre of the lively Port de Pollença in just a few minutes by car. This coastal town is particularly inviting with its picturesque beach promenade, which invites you to take a stroll and stop off at lovely cafés. The local sandy beaches can be reached from the villa in no time at all.
