Wonderful: the mountains in the background, a palm tree nearby, a beautiful garden, a pool, a sun lounger - that's all you really need for the perfect holiday under Mallorcan skies? The individual accessories you need, such as your favourite drink, snack, book or music, can be provided by the guests themselves. And then all that remains to be decided is whether the seating or lounging area should be on the lawn in the breezy shade of nature, under the sun canopy right by the pool or on the terrace area right by the house, which offers open and covered seating, a cosy lounge, a dining area and, of course, a barbecue for Mediterranean culinary evenings. The little ones will not only enjoy swimming in the 8 metre long pool, which can be reached via a Roman staircase, but also in the small playhouse.

The interior design of this farmhouse can undoubtedly be described as an absolute success. Modern furniture harmonises in an incomparably charming way with classic elements and selected individual pieces and decorations, which can unfold their effect in a well-balanced and well-placed manner. Large, light-coloured floor tiles, white walls and exposed beam ceilings provide a stylish backdrop for the light-flooded interior. The open-plan living/dining room with integrated, fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of comfort. Three aesthetically designed bedrooms invite you to linger, while the two bathrooms round off the living comfort and ensure sufficient privacy.

The family-friendly farmhouse Ca'n Volantí welcomes its guests on a 1,000 m² plot to the north of the charming village of Pollença. There you can do your daily shopping or go to the Placa Major market on Sundays. Beaches such as Cala Clara or the town beach of Port de Pollença with its beach promenade and numerous bars, restaurants and cafés are approx. 7 km away from this holiday home in Mallorca.
