And then all that remains to be decided is whether the seating or lounging area should be on the lawn in the breezy shade of nature, under the sun canopy right by the pool or on the terrace area right by the house, which offers open and covered seating, a cosy lounge, a dining area and, of course, a barbecue for Mediterranean culinary evenings. The little ones will not only enjoy swimming in the 8 metre long pool, which can be reached via a Roman staircase, but also in the small playhouse.

The family-friendly farmhouse Ca'n Volantí welcomes its guests on a 1,000 m² plot to the north of the charming village of Pollença. There you can do your daily shopping or go to the Placa Major market on Sundays. Beaches such as Cala Clara or the town beach of Port de Pollença with its beach promenade and numerous bars, restaurants and cafés are approx. 7 km away from this holiday home in Mallorca.
