Renovated in 2018, Villa La Font de la Liebre impresses with its sophisticated ambience, first-class furnishings and wonderful hillside location, just 2.2 km from Pollença. From the house and the terrace area, you not only enjoy a unique view of the typical Mediterranean landscape that surrounds the property, but you can also let your gaze wander over green hills, the town of Pollença and the shimmering turquoise blue sea in the distance. With its numerous attractive round arches, large covered and sunny terrace areas and balconies adorning two of the four bedrooms, this two-storey property offers visitors plenty of space and many cosy rooms to be found throughout the multi-level garden, the different sections of which are connected by steps made of natural stone. Directly below the house, you can take a dip in the pool, which is decorated with pretty little tiles and surrounded by Mediterranean plants in decorative terracotta pots. After a dip, you can then cosy up on one of the comfortable loungers with a delicious drink and enjoy the wonderful view and the sweet feeling of doing nothing. Very practical: the lift leads directly from the (double) garage to the ground floor.

In addition to the authentic, stylish and high-quality furnishings, a mix of old and new, the house impresses with its generous room layout and the spacious, open-plan design of the rooms. A magnificent stone floor in combination with light grey walls and sophisticated ceiling lighting contribute to the atmosphere of the house. On the ground floor there is not only a bathroom, but also a huge living room with two equally comfortable sofas, a beautiful fireplace and a stone bench adorned with many typical Mallorcan cushions perfect for long holiday evenings spent in the company of friends and family. Fine carpets and impressive paintings on the walls perfectly complement the elegant ambience. Right next door, in the large white country-style kitchen, you can cook to your heart's content - there is more than enough space for culinary experiments with many different pots, pans and other utensils. You can then serve your creations directly at the large wooden dining table, which is also located in the kitchen. To sleep, you can retire to one of the four bedrooms on the first floor, all of which are tastefully furnished with selected decorative items and comfortable beds. For your comfort, all the immaculately chic bathrooms are en-suite.

For shopping and long city strolls, because it really is worth it, simply drive 2.2 km to Pollença. The old town is blessed with charming little side streets, many artisan shops, small boutiques and inviting cafés and restaurants. The town not only has a lot of flair, but also numerous sights such as the Pont Roma, the town's historic bridge, the Puig de Maria hill or the Calvary, the top of which can only be reached by climbing 365 steps. But don't forget the beautiful beaches, which are only about 7 kilometres from your villa. Examples of these are the quiet beach of Cala Clara and the white sandy beach of Platja de Port de Pollença.
