Finca SA CASETA is located in a beautiful and quiet rural area between the villages of Santa Maria and Bunyola at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana. This idyllic and peaceful property is just a few minutes from the centre of Santa Maria on the outskirts of the town. The finca is simple and rustic, but very functional and lovingly furnished. The house has a living space of approx. 120 m² spread over two floors and has a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms (1 shower, 1 en-suite/shower, 1 shower in the bathtub). Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor ( 1x double bed 1.50 x 1.90 m, 1x single bed 0.90 x 1.90 m ) and the third bedroom is on the first floor ( 1x double bed 1.40 x 1.80 m ). Two of the bathrooms are on the ground floor and the third on the first floor is an en-suite bathroom. Also on the ground floor is the entrance with large areas such as an entrance hall with table and chairs, a loft to relax while reading a book, the fully equipped kitchen and the living room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen is connected to a room with a built-in barbecue with table and chairs and the dishwasher, which overlooks the outdoor terraces. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a room next to the main house. The covered terrace next to the house is a nice corner with table and chairs and from here you can access the fantastic outdoor area, which offers a beautiful and very large spacious garden. The private saltwater swimming pool measures 9 m x 4 m (depth 0.90 x 1.80 m) and has sun loungers and parasols and is ideal for cooling off after sunbathing. One of the highlights is a small house with fitness equipment and a raised house next to the pool so that even the little ones can play. There is also a bicycle storage area. This makes this finca ideal for all kinds of holidays, whether with family, friends or sports enthusiasts. The Mallorcan village of Santa Maria, where there are supermarkets, banks and restaurants, is just a few minutes away from here
