In the heart of the historic centre, this apartment is located on the second and top floor (about thirty steps) of a renovated traditional house overlooking the central Via Gasparo on one side and lush gardens on the other. The wooden floors and ceilings with skylights, the designer furnishings, the paintings and original works on the walls, the attention to detail create a welcoming and authentic atmosphere.

This 80 sq. meters apartment is bright and divided as follows:
• a bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, window,
• a corridor with large wardrobes;
• a very spacious and bright living room, divided into a dining area with table and chairs and a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs; the modern open kitchen is fully equipped; one of the two French windows leads to the exclusive terrace.
• the terrace overlooks the family garden and houses flowers and three lemon trees, table and chairs for dining or relaxing with a glass of good local wine…;
• a spacious bathroom, with shower and window;
• a utility room which houses a clothes horse, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, containers for separate waste collection.
• Going up a very easy wooden staircase, with handrail, you reach a suggestive mezzanine overlooking the living room and partially the bedroom through the openings of the wood beams, where there are 2 single beds, a sofa, a workstation (wooden desk, chair, cabinets). Three Velux windows (equipped with curtains) guarantee additional light during the day and allow those who wish to observe the starry sky at night. The ceiling in the mezzanine is 150 cm high so please watch your head :)
