Sanitary towels, nappies, kitchen paper and other items except toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet under any circumstances, as this could cause major damage. The rented property is newly renovated and must be treated with due care so that many more families can enjoy it. Damage will be charged at the purchase/replacement value; this also applies to the sewage pump. Smoking in the house is prohibited! In the event of any damage, we will only take recourse against the person making the booking. If incorrect information such as the number and age of the guests is given when booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or refuse access to the property when handing over the keys. The house may not be used for non-zoned commercial purposes (agricultural zone) or sublet during the stay without prior consultation with the landlord.
