Casa Nunzia with pool
An experience in the Apulian countryside. Casa Nunzia with swimming pool gives you an exclusive view of the Apulian countryside. You will be close to the beaches and to Ostuni, known as the 'White City'. It can comfortably accommodate a family with children or two couples. It offers all the amenities for a relaxing holiday. You can cool off in the swimming pool, relax on the sun loungers, read your favourite book on the veranda. You are inside a villa consisting of three independent houses with outdoor spaces for your exclusive use. The first sandy beaches are a seven-minute drive away, the "Torre Guaceto Natural Oasis". A wide range of masserias for regional culinary experiences is easily accessible.
The accommodation
you will be in a villa with 1500 m of garden and have a swimming pool with sunbeds and outdoor shower;
for outdoor dining you will have a shaded veranda just for you and your family;
two bedrooms with spacious wardrobes;
the shower cubicle is 1.80 m large;
the large swimming pool is shared with only two families;
you are 1500 m from the historic centre, the shops and the castle square;
900 m away you have an affiliated restaurant, it is Xfood, the first social restaurant in Apulia run by disabled people.

2 bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 room with two single beds that can be joined, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living/dining room with sofa bed 140x2,00 m where two children can sleep.
Outside: veranda with dining table for exclusive use. Fruit trees: apricots, almonds, figs, olives, pears and apples, use them to enrich your breakfasts.

Entrance gate: shared with another flat.
