This cosy accommodation is equipped with every comfort and is tastefully furnished.
We are located in the north-central area of Tortoreto Lido, close to one of the main streets "Via Leonardi Da Vinci" and in correspondence with the lidos: Mamaia Beach, Bagni Vittorio and La Capannina).
Among the services available to guests we have:
-Air conditioning served both in the living room and in both bedrooms;
-Free Wi-Fi connection;
-Car Box.
The composition of the flat is as follows:
-entrance hall;
-living/dining room with open kitchen, equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, crockery and various utensils;
-terrace equipped with outdoor table and chairs;
-2 double bedrooms, one with access to another small terrace and one with a window;
-bathroom with shower stall, washbasin, WC and bidet;
-comfortable storage room;
-reserved parking space and additional outdoor parking spaces for condominium use.
Other equipment provided:
-ironing board and iron;
-clothes horse;
-cleaning tools;
All linen is provided by guests, with the possibility of obtaining bed linen only at an additional cost (to be requested at the time of booking).
