The apartment is located in Caslano in via Pasquée 4, 200 metres from the lake and 400 metres from the train that leads to Lugano and Ponte Tresa on the border with Italy. It is located near restaurants and bars in the area. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a table for 4 people adjacent to the living room with fireplace, TV and sofa bed on the ground floor
Upstairs in the mezzanine there is the bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has a paid public parking a few metres away (35 CHF per week on request)The lakeside village of Caslano is one of the most important municipalities in the Malcantone region. The peninsula-shaped mountain, Sassalto, dominates the village and thanks to its geological, faunal and botanical characteristics, is a natural place protected by the Swiss Confederation. The territory around Caslano is littered with panoramic paths between the mountains and the lake and there is no shortage of opportunities to admire beautiful religious monuments and ancient buildings in the housing unit
Museum lovers can visit the Fishing Museum, one of the three present in Switzerland, the exhibition of photographic devices of the Vincenzo Vicari Foundation and the Chocolate Museum, much loved by gourmands of all ages. Even those who want to play sports will be satisfied: in Caslano and surroundings, in fact, you can practice sports of all kinds, from tennis to golf, from horseback riding to swimming, from sailing to windsurfing.
