Blue Dawn. Impressive sea view Coda Cavallo

Blue Dawn is a charming flat in the beautiful Villaggio Punta Est, a 1980s residence designed by a famous architect to blend in perfectly with the spectacular coastal landscape of Capo Coda Cavallo.

The recently renovated flat has two spacious double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms with shower, bidet and WC and a large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed. The interior furnishings include handmade wooden cabinets by a local carpenter.

Facilities include free high-speed WiFi, modern air conditioning, a Smart TV with internet connection and a heating system. The fully equipped kitchen offers an induction hob, microwave, fridge, A Modo Mio coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery and glasses.

Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful terrace with sea views, accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms, as well as a private garden with sea views and an outdoor shower. Two deckchairs and a swing are available for relaxation. There is both an indoor and outdoor dining area with a six-person table under the covered veranda with sea views.

The beautiful beach of Capo Coda Cavallo can be reached via a 450 metre long (10 minute) nature trail, which is exclusively accessible to guests of the residence and is opened with a key.

From May to September, Blue Dawn guests also have free access to the residence's outdoor pool during opening hours.

Blue Dawn guests have access to the entire flat via a double key system that opens both the outer wooden door and the inner glass door. They also receive a key for the exclusive footpaths to Capo Coda Cavallo beach and for access to the residence's communal pool.

Guests can park freely in the outdoor car park by identifying themselves to the security staff as guests of "Blue Dawn - D6 - Owner Dario Giovanardi". During the high season, a security service ensures that only authorised guests have access to the residence. In addition, guests receive a remote control for a reserved car park, which is secured with a barrier.

The use of air conditioning/heating and high-speed WiFi is free of charge. If guests have any queries, they can contact the local Blue Dawn support team and use the brochure provided at check-in along with a welcome pack and house rules.

Waste separation is required; waste must be sorted in the bins provided in the flat and then disposed of in the communal collection point behind the barrier.

Guests can use the outdoor areas, deckchairs and outdoor shower as well as relax in the private, fenced garden. Pets are allowed in the garden, but must be registered and supervised in advance.

Smoking in the flat and the organisation of parties or events is prohibited. Guests are asked to be considerate of their neighbours and avoid making noise.

In the residence there is a beautiful square with a marvellous sea view, two cafés for breakfast and a popular Italian restaurant for lunch and dinner.

The communal pool can be used free of charge by guests during opening hours, access is via the gate with the key provided.

The Blue Dawn flat has been recently refurbished and all facilities are checked prior to guests' arrival to ensure proper operation. In addition, the flat is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised by a professional cleaning service before each arrival.

However, should any problems arise during your stay, our administration team is on hand to help:
- A technician is available for any plumbing problems.
- An electrician can fix electrical faults.
- A gardener regularly takes care of the garden so that it is always in top condition.

In the flat you will find a brochure with the contact details of local medical services as well as a list of recommendations for restaurants and important services in the area.
