Our spacious, bright 2 1/2-room apartment (80 m2) is located in a quiet location, on the eastern edge of the village of Scuol, in the holiday park Tulai. The apartment has a modern, well equipped open kitchen (induction cooker, convection oven, dishwasher, fondue set, raclette oven, hand mixer). Two beds each are in the bedroom or living room. The bathroom with shower / toilet, the separate toiletand the kitchen were renovated in 2016. The ski and local bus stop is located directly in front of the house. In winter Motta Naluns is a very suitable family ski resort. This can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. However, you can also take the local bus or drive by car. Parking is available on site for a fee. In summer many beautiful walks can be made. Both the mountain trails and the lower promenades are very well maintained and offer countless opportunities to explore the area. Other sports activities can be found in Scuol or in the surrounding area. Bikers will find the desired challenge here. You will also find tennis courts, a golf course, a climbing park and horseback riding, just to name a few. Relaxation is provided by the many excellent restaurants, the Bogn Engiadina, as well as the Trü sports complex with its heated outdoor pool.

Romansh sector names on company signs are regulated by law such as, for instance “Cuafför” (barber) and “Restorant” (restaurant).Special sightsIn 1954 the Engiadina Basse Museum Association bought today’s Heritage Museum of the Lower Engadine, which is located in the lower old part of Scuol on the “Plaz”. The rooms, which have been kept in their original arrangement and shape, are now home to numerous decorations and commodities and visitors are given lots of interesting information on the culture and early way of life of the Lower Engadine population.
