Welcome to the Rothornzauber holiday flatThe Rothornzauber holiday flat offers a high level of comfort for relaxing days in beautiful Sörenberg. The bright, cosy flat, which is situated in a quiet and sunny location, was gently renovated and completely refurnished in autumn 2024. Although the flat only has an area of 38 m2, it has been furnished in such a way that it can sleep 2 adults, 3 children and 1 baby. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, raclette oven, fondue set, toaster, kettle, etc. The bunk bed in the small room offers cosy sleeping space for up to three children. The large, 180 cm wide and comfortable bed in the living area is the perfect place to relax.From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the Brienzer Rothorn. Directly from the terrace you can access a meadow, which invites you to play in the snow in winter. The flat has underfloor heating. A fireplace provides additional cosiness. The best WLAN connection, a large TV with access to various apps such as Netflix etc., as well as some games (BrändiDog, Lego, puzzles) provide entertainment.A baby travel cot can be provided if required.A sauna as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer are available for shared use for an additional fee (coin-operated machine). Luggage can be unloaded and loaded directly in front of the house. Otherwise you can park your car in the underground car park, protected from the weather. There is a holder for your skis in the garage car park, which can be secured with a lock. There is also a garage cupboard next to it for storing other items. Guests are welcome to use the sledges provided.The bus stop is located directly in front of the entrance to the car park. The ski bus runs free of charge during the winter season. The flat is only a few minutes' walk from the chairlift and is an ideal starting point for skiing and hiking. The village centre with grocery shop is approx. 15 minutes' walk away. Good snow conditions are offered by the 2350 metre high Brienzer Rothorn, which can be easily reached.
