Villa with splendid view of the Gulf of Naples

An elegant family villa immersed in the greenery of the typical Sorrento countryside, surrounded by lemon trees and centuries-old olive trees. Situated on the hills of Sorrento, the villa stands on a natural terrace with a breathtaking view over the Gulf of Naples, just a few steps away from the famous viewpoint of the two gulfs (Naples and Salerno). Its strategic position allows easy access to Sorrento (5 km) and Positano (8 km), offering a perfect retreat for those seeking tranquillity and relaxation.

This independent residence is ideal for groups of up to 8 people, offering ample space, a lush garden and a private swimming pool where you can cool off on hot summer days. Guests will be welcomed directly by the owners and their family, who are always available to ensure a comfortable and tailor-made stay.

The villa is spread over three levels, with spacious rooms, elegant furnishings and a panoramic view that embraces the sea and the surrounding hills. Each room is designed with a unique style to ensure a refined and cosy atmosphere.

Ground floor: entrance to a spacious living room with sofa, living area with smart TV, Blu-ray player, virtual assistant (for music and information), air conditioning and marble staircase leading to the upper floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer and coffee machine (espresso, cappuccino, americano). From here there is direct access to a large covered patio with table and chairs, relaxation area and access to the pool. On the same level there is also a bathroom with hydromassage shower, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, and a bedroom with two separable beds, large wardrobe, air conditioning, sea view and private terrace, also suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

First floor: large double bedroom with the possibility of separating the beds, panoramic window, wardrobe and additional sofa bed, as well as another double bedroom with furnished private terrace and sea view. On the same floor is a bathroom with a bathtub for two persons, spacious shower and panoramic window.

Second floor: a romantic double bedroom with kitchenette, fridge, wardrobe, sea view windows and air conditioning. This level also has a bathroom with shower and window, as well as a terrace equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs for enjoying the sunset.

Outside, the flower garden is equipped with a barbecue area and outdoor dining table, a relaxation area under a characteristic sea-view pergola, a private panoramic swimming pool (6.00 x 3.50 metres), sun loungers, outdoor shower, lemon grove and aromatic plants. In the evening, soft lighting creates a magical atmosphere, perfect for al fresco dining and moments of pure relaxation. The property also has an entrance with automatic gate and private parking for two small cars.
