The beautiful villa Lumi is located not far from the city of Zadar and is an excellent choice for a pleasant family vacation on the Adriatic coast. This newly built house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor - the spacious open-plan ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and a dining room with 10 chairs. Modern design and airy interior are the main features of this house. The ground floor also has one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, a party room and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms with comfortable double beds and en suite bathrooms. The villa offers billiards, table football, darts and Playstation 4 for entertainment. Children will have fun on the slide, swing and sandbox, as well as a football and basketball court. All rooms are air-conditioned and covered by wireless internet.
On a plot of 6000 m2 there is a heated swimming pool of 40 m2 surrounded by 6 sun loungers where you can relax, and the outdoor charcoal grill will certainly be used to prepare delicious meals. There are also 5 parking spaces at your disposal. Murvica is a small village not far from Zadar and an excellent starting point for enjoying the beauties of beautiful Dalmatia - you can enjoy the charms of national parks such as Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes and Kornati. The first beach is only 8 kilometers from the house, and in Zadar and its surroundings we believe that it will not be difficult for you to find your favorite coves and places to relax.
