Our mountain farm Niederthai is a gem in a lovingly restored farmhouse over 400 years old, situated on the sunny high plateau of Niederthai, amidst the Ötztal mountain world. It offers a perfect blend of tradition, luxury, and unforgettable Alpine flair. In Niederthai, there are restaurants, a sports shop, and a ski rental. The small family ski area, the cross-country skiing trails, as well as hiking, mountain, and cycling tours start right at the house. The top ski resorts of the Ötztal (Gurgl, Sölden) are easily accessible by the free ski bus.

The apartment (approximately 120 m²) with alpine charm and modern living comfort consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living area (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, etc.) with a cozy tiled stove and an open dining area that invites you to linger. High-quality solid wood floors contribute to the comfortable atmosphere. The apartment features two double bedrooms – one of which offers the possibility for an additional extra bed – as well as two bathrooms with showers, one of which has an integrated toilet and another separate toilet. Notably, the furnished balconies and the unique roof terrace offer a magnificent panoramic view of Niederthai and the surrounding Ötztal mountains.
