Gorgeous villa with Amazing views, private pool

Take the whole family to this fantastic accommodation that has plenty of space to have fun, such as a bar area with a pool table, a video game machine, a seating area with a large Smart TV. Pool with sun loungers, several barbecue areas and outdoor dining, plenty of space for large families and a very green garden, will make your vacation unforgettable! Located between Estepona and Marbella, it has a quiet location but close to everything. A few meters from Paintball! This villa has been completely reformed and renovated with quality materials, luxury finishes and everything is brand new! Its large kitchen with sea views, has all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook as if you were at home. It will also accompany you while you cook a Denon speaker with incredible sound. A large table in the dining area with views of the garden and the sea, together with the sofa area that has a large TV with a Denon sound bar. On the ground floor, after the kitchen and living room area, there is a guest toilet, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there are two rooms that share a complete bathroom with a bathtub, one room has a double bed and the other two single beds, both with access to the terraces where one of the barbecue areas is accessed. Also on that floor there is a small room where you can work or read a book. On the basement floor there is a bar area with billiards, a large smart TV with a sofa, a complete bathroom and two bedrooms, both with double beds. In the other area of the semi-basement there is the last room with a double bed or bathroom inside, and in the other room the laundry area with a washer, dryer and iron for clothes. From here there is also access to the terrace area, where there is the garden, the pool, a barbecue donut with a dining table and sofas with an umbrella. There are sun loungers available for guests and 1 parking space inside the property, although more cars can be parked outside without paying anything. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners.
