Modern Villa Ema&Ana is located in a tourist village in Pula. The location of the villa is very good, with shops and the beach nearby, and only a short drive to the tourist village of Medulin. Villa  Ema&Ana offers a beautiful interior where you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation is divided into two floors.

The ground floor has a living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds each, one bathroom, and one guest WC. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace with a dining table and a gas grill. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available around the pool. A trampoline is also prepared for our youngest guests.

On the first floor of the villa are two additional comfortable bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds each, one bathroom, one guest WC, a balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area. There is also a comfortable pull-out sofa for two additional guests in the living room. The fully air-conditioned villa is ideal for two families who want to spend a beautiful holiday together, each having their own privacy.

Private parking spaces are located on the fully fenced property.
