Located in the most scenic part of the lakefront, Casa Luccio enjoys an open view to the south, offering brightness and priceless views all day long. The flat has two private terraces: one on the ground floor, perfect for breakfast in the open air, and one on the first floor, ideal for an aperitif overlooking the lake. The second terrace is also accessible by a convenient external staircase, perfect for living spaces with freedom.

You can also take the boat in the direction of Intra from where you can then reach the picturesque and well-known Borromeo Islands, or alternatively you can go to Laveno (20 minutes by car) and from there take the ferry.
The province of Varese is also known for being the area with the most Unesco sites in Italy; you can admire some of the beauties of our country, including the Sacro Monte, Castelseprio and Torba, Monte San Giorgio, the Isolino Virginia, the Ticino area and the Eremo di Santa Caterina, an extraordinary monastic complex on the shores of Lake Maggiore.
