Beautiful renovated Catalan house

Hello and welcome to Montescot!

Far from the hustle and bustle of the town, you're in one of the oldest houses in Montescot, originally part of a group of farm outbuildings that were converted into homes in the mid-twentieth century.
The house belonged to my maternal grandparents, and then to my mother, and has undergone very few alterations since 2022.
Its location is ideal for enjoying the seaside resorts (5 minutes from the lake at Villeneuve de la Raho, 20 minutes from Argelès-sur-Mer, 15 minutes from the beaches at Saint Cyprien and 30 minutes from Collioure and the Spanish border) without the crowds of the summer months.

I've tried to introduce modern comforts while preserving the soul and charm of the family homes of yesteryear.
It sleeps 4 people (one double bed and two single beds).

The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the crockery and cooking utensils you need.

Each bedroom has a large wardrobe

Small garden area at the rear of the house for eating outside (electricity and garden furniture provided)

Free parking at the front or rear of the house, your choice!

Tourist information and instructions on how to use certain appliances (television, air conditioning, wifi, etc.)

The inside of the house is non-smoking, but the garden is a smoking area!

To respect the neighbours, no noise pollution or parties are allowed after 10pm.
