The ceiling height is 2.20m (7ft 3in) in the entire apartment except in the bedroom, where it is just under 2m (6ft 7in).On approx. 60 sqm is distributed - a spacious kitchen with new fitted kitchen, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, - a cozy living room with sofa bed (queensize, 1.40m x 2.00m) and large 55 inch flat screen TV, as well as a work corner and Lan connection, - a separate bedroom with a kingsize bed, a clothes rack and two drawers, - a hallway with shoe rack and wardrobe- another bedroom (passage room) with a sofa bed (1.20m x 1.95m),and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upon arrival you can park directly in front of the building. The access to the house goes up 3 steps and then down about 7 steps (sousterrain).Check-in is self-sufficient and flexible via a key box.
