The flat is located in a building with only two units and offers an independent entrance. The elegant and refined interior has been completely renovated. The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living area with sofa bed and open kitchen, a comfortable dining area, and a large bathroom with shower and bidet. Two French windows lead to the balcony, where there is also a practical storage room used as a laundry room. From the living room, a few steps lead to an intimate and comfortable living room, perfect for moments of total relaxation. The sleeping area is on the lower floor and consists of a twin bedroom and a large double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe. The flat is enriched by a large private terrace, perfect for outdoor dining, with the possibility of using the barbecue, sunbathing and spending pleasant moments of conviviality with loved ones. Just a few steps away from the house, there is a convenient, easily accessible private car park.
The location is ideal for those seeking peace and nature, while remaining only 10 km from the beaches of Savona and the historic centre. The house can comfortably accommodate six people and also has two extra beds (a single sofa bed and an extra bed in the double room). A camp bed for your baby is also available. The proximity to Savona, which can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, makes it possible to combine the peace of the countryside with the convenience of having beaches and services close at hand.
