Villa Duxcaar mit exklusiven Indoor Pool

The spacious modern villa DUXCAAR with indoor pool and jet system is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a wooded plot of almost 2,000 square metres. The sleeping and living areas are situated around a centred indoor pool. The villa and pool are heated in a climate-neutral way. On the south, west and east sides there are several terrace areas with a barbecue area, outdoor shower and covered terraces. The large garden also offers opportunities to relax with a book or for children to play. In addition to a large living room with adjoining kitchen, there are three completely separate sleeping areas: the master bedroom with large bathroom and dressing room, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool and a further bedroom and study on the first floor.

The heated indoor pool offers more than 40,000 litres of warm (approx. 27 to 28°) bathing water 365 days a year.

Extensive hikes in the "Foret de Mervent", one of the largest contiguous forest areas in western France, can be started directly from the villa. The central location allows excursions to the Atlantic Ocean, La Rochelle, the Ile-de-Ré, the Loire Valley, Cognac or the lively Les Sables d'Olonne. There are many small picturesque villages in the surrounding area, good restaurants, several golf courses, canoe landing stages and many nature reserves such as the marshes of the Marais. Surfers also get their money's worth.
