It has 6 bedrooms, 4 double beds 160x200cm and two single beds 90x200cm, two large living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, two washing machines and two dryers. It is located on the 1st floor of the building with some stairs, so it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Lake Brienz is only a stone's throw away across the road.

The house is divided into 2 separate flats. The living space is approx. 175 m2. It is perfect for a large family or for 2 families who want to go on holiday together, both live in the same place and yet each family has its own retreat.

Brienz, known as the carving village, has a long tradition of woodworking and boasts world-renowned training centres such as the School of Wood Sculpture and the School of Violin Making.
